We offer a 30-day return window. If the recipient isn't satisfied, we can provide a store credit or a full refund to the original payment method.

Will the price be displayed on the packing slip?

No, all Giftory orders are sent with a 'gift receipt' that excludes pricing information, ensuring the focus remains on your thoughtful gesture.
